Funding: Why buy?

My investment

I couldn’t have made this happen by myself. I had to assemble a varied development team of talented creative professionals to bring the ideas behind The Carbon Buddy Manual and The Carbon Buddy Project website to life. That has required the injection of a not insignificant chunk of personal money. That’s the financial investment my wife Helen and I decided we wanted to make as part of our overall goal to motivate ever greater numbers of people to take active steps to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.

So far, (March 2020) it has also taken up a year of my life unpaid during which the task consumed all my time and available energy. Many aspects of my normal life went on the back burner. That’s a measure of my belief and commitment, the personal investment I put in.
